Tequila Avi�n is made using the finest Blue Weber Agave in the highest regions of Jalisco, Mexico (7,000 feet above sea level). This elevation creates more depth and character in the agave. The Agave is low roasted in brick ovens under low temperatures. Afterwards, Ultra Slow Filtration occurs removing all particles to create the smoothest tequila possible. The entire process takes 10x longer than the traditional technique. Discover notes of oak, vanilla, spices and nuttiness. Along with the subtle minerality and citric nuances from the agave.
