This is a whisky that is inspired by by Japan's Sakura blossoms. It draws together a selection of rare malt and grain whiskies that have been finished in Sakura wood casks to create this unique flavour profile. A delicate scent of wood polish, rosemary, and sandalwood meets the nose. The palate brings crystallised orange peel, honey, and white chocolate sauce before leading into the refined, lingering and gentle finish.
