It is a sour mash of corn, malted barley, and extra rye. This bourbon is rich and complex with bright aromas of �Cr�me Brulee� mingled with bursts of cherries and toasted graham crackers on the palate. The finish is long, with distinctive notes of coca cola, herbs, and oak.
